Sermon: “Fighting Monsters”

Fairytales speak of knights slaying dragons and the Hebrew Scriptures depict a young David toppling the giant Goliath with a slingshot. How do we fight the monsters we face?  What role does our spiritual life play in helping us to face the monsters within and around us?

For Families: Childcare for children aged 1-8 is available with Noah and Anna. Noah Herrick will share a story for all ages in the service. Following the story, older children are invited to remain in the service after or to join Noah and Anna for stories, play, and craft. Children of all ages are also always welcome in the sanctuary.
