Sermon: “Rooted in Revolution” Rev. Dr. Stephanie May

Sermon: “Rooted in Revolution”
Two-hundred and fifty years ago this month, the American Revolution was brewing as the city of Boston was occupied by British soldiers and the first Continental Congress was meeting in Philadelphia. As we face our own political tensions in advance of national elections, we consider the role of religious communities in navigating questions of political identity and allegiance.
For Families: Childcare for children ages 1-8 available. Rev. Stephanie will share a story for all ages in the service. Older children are invited to remain in the service or to join our childcare assistants for stories, play, and craft.
