First Church in Boston is hosting a Beyond Categorical Thinking workshop on Saturday December 10.  UUA Trainer Jane Dwinell will facilitate this three-hour conversation over Zoom.  This opportunity allows the congregation fuller participation in our search.  It will allow us to explore our hopes and concerns for a new minister, learn more about the search process, see how our own history (personal and church) might interfere in our efforts, thereby improving the odds that regardless of identity, we will find the minister who is the best match for us and who will serve us well.   Please complete the Concerns and Benefits worksheet at the link included in the church e-newsletter announcement.
