Join in welcoming the light, facilitated by the Rev. Dr. Stephanie May. Bring a reading of renewal and hope to share or simply come to be in community. Coffee and baked goods provided.
Meet at First Church Boston at 6:00 am to walk over to the river together. In event of bad weather, we will meet in the First Church Auditorium.

“Resurrecting Hope” Rev. Dr. Stephanie May
In an era skeptical of miracles and even the possibility of real change, how might the ancient Christian story of Easter continue to revitalize our energy and hope today?
The Rev. Dr. Stephanie May preaching with music by the First Church Boston Choral under the direction of Gigi Mitchell-Velasco. The Rev. Hank Peirce will share a story for all ages and then invite kids 2nd grade and older to join him for more story and activities. Free childcare also available for younger children or children of all ages welcome to remain in the sanctuary.

Easter Egg Hunt 12:15 pm
We welcome children of all ages to participate in an eco-friendly egg hunt. Many special treats to be found tucked in (not too hard) places to find. Fun for all.

Events after Easter to put on your calendar
As a sneak peak into April, save the date for two special events. On Wednesday, April 3, 7:00 p.m., we welcome author James Marcus to discuss his new book, Glad to the Brink of Fear: A Portrait of Ralph Waldo Emerson, available March 5 from Princeton University Press.
And on Sunday, April 28, 3:00 p.m. we celebrate the Installation of the Rev. Dr. Stephanie May as the 24th Minister of First Church Boston since 1630.
