Sermon: “Preaching Good Trouble”

This Sunday service is part of a national movement called, the Good Trouble Lives On weekend. Inspired by a quote by the late Congressman John Lewis, Good Trouble is the act of coming together to take peaceful, non-violent action to challenge injustice. 

Bio: Rev. Hank Peirce comes from old Swampscott Yankee stock, his family have attended our churches for hundreds of years. Hank has served churches in Maine and Massachusetts, he and his family live in Medford. He has served First Church as Assistant Minister of Storytelling since 2023.

For Families: Children of all ages are always welcome in every service. Quiet activities are available in the rear of the chapel. Childcare and religious education classes resume in September.
