Sermon: “Stewards of Change”

In “underdog” stories, change comes through fighting successfully against an unjust system.  For the Buddha, his path to enlightenment began when he encountered the poverty and suffering of others. How might examining our place within systems of economic inequality shape our fight for a more just society?

For Families: Childcare for children aged 1-8 is available with Noah and Anna. We will share a story for all ages in the service. Following the story, older children are invited to remain in the service after or to join Noah and Anna for stories, play, and craft. Children of all ages are also always welcome in the sanctuary.
