  our movement a “living tradition” because Unitarian Universalism is a
  continuously developing community of beliefs\, practices\, and values. Ou
 r roots do not only reach down to cement our position\, but\, like the wal
 king palm trees\, nurture us in the process of clarification and adaptatio
 n. In Lindsay Donnelly-Bullington’s first sermon as intern minister\, we
  consider ways to ground and center\, to plant roots to enable our journey
 ing.\n\nFirst Church Storyteller\, the Rev. Hank Peirce\, will share a sto
 ry for all ages in the service. Older children are invited to remain in th
