DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our first House Meeting\nSunday\, December 7
 \, 12:30pm\, Auditorium\nHouse Meetings—intentional\, focused small grou
 p conversations. These meetings are done for the purpose of:\n\n\n 	\nIden
 tifying ISSUES of common concern that are widely and deeply felt\;\n\n 	\n
 Identifying LEADERS who are willing and able to take action on the issues\
 ; and\n\n 	\nMotivating participants to take more leadership in improving 
 their community than they would have had they not heard the concerns of fe
 llow congregants / neighbors.\n\n\nPlease contact Beth Curran with questio
 ns.\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe Social Justice Community (SJC) at First Church Boston
  is engaged in raising awareness and taking action on current social justi
 ce issues in greater Boston. All are welcome are our monthly meetings—ge
 nerally the first Sunday of the month at 12:30pm in-person and on Zoom.\n\
 nWe collaborate with community partners who inspire us with their creative
  campaigns and legislative advocacy which produces clear results. Our curr
 ent community partners include: the Greater Boston Interfaith Organizatio
 n (GBIO)\, MA Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence\, UU Mass Action\, the
  UU Urban Ministry\, and Beyond Plastics.\n
