 ery (John)\, and the Ethiopian eunuch (Acts). The lecture will also examin
 e the central role of women in Jesus’s life and ministry\, as well as th
 e women who helped lead and spread the movement after his death. Haffner w
 ill present Paul’s often-surprisingly positive teachings about sexuality
  in his letters to the communities of Corinth\, Galatia\, and Thessalonica
