SUMMARY:Celebrate National Poetry Month - April 3!
DESCRIPTION:First Church will celebrate National Poetry Month Sunday April 
 3 with two events:\n\n(1) a worship service in the sanctuary at the usual 
 time featuring readings from three poets:  our own Mary Collins\, MIT poe
 try teacher Erica Funkhouser\, and Regie Gibson\, whose poetry owes a lot 
 to rap music\; and\n\n(2) a session at approximately 12:45 where people ar
 e invited to bring their own favorite poems or original short poems to rea
 d to each other.  You are welcome to read or to recite from memory.  Tha
 t will be in the Auditorium\, most likely.Coffee hour after the service w
 ill have salads and lunchable things so that those who want to go to the p
 oetry session may  be fed before doing so.  Come check it out -- it cou
